Registration Link and League Details: Register: Adult Fall 2026 Season - Elite Inline Hockey

1. Where are games played?

We have two conferences to pick from for Fall 2026. Fairfax conference plays out of Lake Fairfax (FAIRFAX), and the Loudoun conference plays out of Trailside (LOUDOUN). Each conference will play internally leading up to a conference final, followed by a season final involving cross-conference play.  Both rinks are outdoor, uncovered, tiled, and lit.

*we may do some cross conference games during regular season requiring a bit more travel*

2. What skill levels are available?

All skill levels are welcome. As we grow we will offer more skill level divisions in future seasons. All teams have a mix of skill to keep play fun and even.

3. What is your skill level? (1–5)

  • 1 – Beginner: Learning to skate; brand new to hockey.
  • 2 – Novice (Bronze South): Comfortable skating and stopping; basic recreational play.
  • 3 – Intermediate (Bronze North): Solid fundamentals, passing, and positioning.
  • 4 – Upper Intermediate (Silver): High hockey IQ, fast-paced adult league or high school experience.
  • 5 – Advanced (Gold): Tier 1/Juniors, NCAA college, or pro experience.

4. When are the games played?

  • Thursdays: 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM start times for both conferences

Our schedule is structured around weekly recurring county time blocks with a firm 9:30 PM facility lights-off curfew (Fairfax) or 10 PM (Loudoun).

5. What equipment is required?

To ensure player safety on our outdoor surface, the following equipment is mandatory:

  • Inline skates (80A–84A outdoor/multi-surface wheels recommended; soft indoor wheels will wear down rapidly but will increase grip)
  • HECC-approved helmet (visors or full cages strongly recommended)
  • Hockey gloves, elbow pads, and shin guards
  • Standard hockey stick (composite or ABS blade suited for outdoor tile)
  • Protective athletic cup and mouth guard (recommended)
  • A full list can be seen here :https://www.eliteinline.com/required-gear   (jerseys will not be provided for adult)
  • Bring a light and dark colored jerseys to games(prefer to match with the team).

6. How much does it cost to play?

  • Individual (Free Agent / Team Skater):$120 per player
  • Goalies: Goalies skate at deeply discounted or free rates based on division availability.

7. How long is the season?

Each season includes 10 regular-season games and at least 1 guaranteed playoff game. Teams advancing through bracket play can participate in additional playoff and championship rounds.

8. I don’t have a team. Can I still play?

Yes! Free agents are placed on house squads or connected with established team captains looking for full-time roster additions or weekly subs. Register through the player link as an individual and select your target division.  Rates may be prorated for late signups.

9. What are the league's conduct expectations?

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fighting, intentional rough play, and referee abuse. We share park facilities with the public and expect all participants to represent the league with respect both on the rink and in the park common areas.

10. How will I know my game schedule and receive communications?

We will add everyone to a BenchApp team for clear communication regarding team chatter, game cancellations, and game times.
