Our Learn to Play program is focused on introducing our newest players, ages 5-10, to the game of roller hockey. Players will learn stick and puck handling, advanced skating techniques, offensive and defensive positioning, shooting techniques, and more!  

• Registration open until Aug 16, 2026 - Spots are limited!
• Dates: Sundays Sept 13 - Oct 18, 2026 (make-up days due to weather TBD)
• Time: 11am-12pm
• Location: Douglass Community Center - Outdoor rink | 407 E. Market St., Leesburg, VA 20176
• Price: $185 | $100 Equipment Package available!
• If you are ordering gear, you must have your child sized at Pure Hockey in Sterling prior to registration. Print this equipment sizing sheet to be sized appropriately.
• Equipment needed: Inline skates, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shin pads, inline girdle, inline pants & hockey stick. LTP jerseys are provided for all registered players.

• Please note: Equipment packages are currently only available for players new to roller hockey, ages 5-10. If existing players need financial assistance for new gear, please contact our partners at the Connor J. Dwyer Memorial Hockey Fund to determine eligibility.
